Hi, I’m Abby and I created Mind Declutter because I was the woman silently drowning behind a smile.

Is this therapy?
No - Sometimes you just need a space to be raw and real without the pressure to “heal” a certain way.
This is emotional release in its most human form talking, venting, unloading the weight.What I offer is a deeply supportive space to clear your mental clutter, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself.
How is this different from talking to a friend?
Friends love you but they’re not always neutral.
They might give advice you didn’t ask for, minimize what you’re feeling, or redirect the conversation to themselves (even with good intentions).
This space is different. You get undivided attention and zero judgment. I’m here to hold space for your messy, complex, real thoughts — and give them the airtime they deserve.
How confidential are the sessions?
Everything you share is completely private. This is your space, and I treat it with the respect it deserves. I don’t record, store, or share anything from your session.
You can be honest here — no masks, no filters, no fear of being exposed or misunderstood.
What should I prepare before my session?
You don’t need to “make sense” or even know where to start.
If you’ve been carrying a lot in silence, just showing up is powerful. If it helps to scribble down a few thoughts beforehand, go for it but if not, let’s figure it out together in the moment.
How soon can I book a session?
I keep flexible availability so you don’t have to wait days to let it out. If you need space soon, chances are I’ve got a slot for you. - if my calendar is full you can email me at abby@minddeclutter.com and i'll arrange a time that works for you
What if I need to reschedule?
No stress — I know life doesn’t always run on schedule.
